WorkGate is intended to provide students and graduates with opportunities to learn more about work in the rapidly-expanding BPO/SSC sector in Poland.

During the workshops, you will learn about such things as the most important aspects of job interviews, what work in BPO/SSC centers looks like, and also about effective communication methods within companies.

Wiesia Ruta, IT Manager, Global Storage Service Operations

Apart from managing the Global Storage Service Operations team she is Service Performance Management Champion in Business Service Center in Poznan. She is responsible for implementing and embedding Lean Sigma best practices in all services provided from Poznan through coaching, mentor and leading internal training sessions.

Piotr Sielimowicz
Piotr Sielimowicz, Head of Global Service Operations in Network

His role is to ensure continuity of network based services (like internet, local and wide area networks etc.) to all global GSK business units located in over 500 sites. His team of 50 people is located in five countries across three continents and manages around 15000 devices with related links.

Radosław Gnat
Radosław Gnat, IT Consultant, Quality & Compliance

Experience gained from strictly technical roles, through project management to service management. On a daily basis, he is responsible for risk management, business continuity management, compliance & change management process. Accredited trainer who?s willing to share his knowledge on IT Service Management best practices or business etiquette. Owner of many certificates: ITIL Intermediate and Microsoft Certified Trainer to name a few.
